Welcome to Colorado State University's Retroactive Withdrawal System. By logging in and submitting a request for consideration, students are asking to be withdrawn from the University for a past semester due to extenuating and traumatic circumstances.

arrow pointing up You must read the above “Guidelines for Retroactive Withdrawals” and meet with your Academic Success Coordinator or Advisor before submitting your request.

The completed application and supporting documentation MUST be submitted in this system by the posted due date which varies each month. Requests are reviewed in September, October, November, January, February, March, April and May only. The upcoming deadlines are:

  • Wednesday, January 18
  • Friday, February 17
  • Friday, March 24
  • Friday, April 21
  • Friday, May 19

If you have supporting documentation that is not easy to submit electronically, bring it to 121 TILT Building (CASA on the Oval) BEFORE THE POSTED DUE DATE.

You will receive a letter from CASA informing you of the committee’s decision, and the results are also made available to you online.

If you do not have an active eIdentity (you can check at http://eid.colostate.edu), you will need to contact our office at 970-491-7095 to arrange for entry of your appeal in time for the committee meeting.
